We are the home of CrossFit Cortez and Evolution Gym (our Personal Training gym). We are the only CrossFit Gym in Montezuma County, CO. Everyone and every “body” is welcome. We are dedicated to training hard, growing strong and prospering in every way. We offer highly-developed programs for CrossFit, CrossFit Kids (ages 3-17), Yoga, Open Gyms, Personal Training, and ART (Active Release Therapy). We have small class sizes for a reason; more attention for you!
Our workouts are never the same and you will never get bored. We have lots of FUN. We want to build a community of strong, healthy, uninjured people.
