My name is Dani Traweek. I’ve been doing Crossfit since 2011. I really can’t imagine any other kind of workout that gives me the satisfaction I get from Crossfit. I was certified to coach in February of 2021. My favorite part of coaching is watching people of all ages and backgrounds excel and get stronger. It’s awesome to be part of their transformation!
I’ve been involved with sports my whole life. In high school I played volleyball, basketball and track; breaking the school record in Long Jump and Triple Jump and going to State all four years in each of those sports. I played volleyball for Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX. In my “other” life, I am the Executive Director of the Colorado Agricultural Leadership Program. Maybe you can see a theme here where I love inspiring people to be bigger and better than even they thought possible. Nothing makes me happier than to see people I’ve taught excelling beyond their greatest expectations. In class you’ll find me excited to coax people to push their limits and work hard but I’m always happy to crack a joke and make sure folks are having fun.
My husband and I also own True Grit Concrete Polishing LLC. I have 6 kids! I grew up on a sheep farm in a very small town in Wyoming, of which I’m still very involved with. I also volunteer my time to put on a concert every summer for the Montezuma County Fair. I’m passionate about agriculture and the people that consider themselves agriculturists. I believe the world is a reflection of whatever you are putting out so the only thing I ask for from my clients is positive energy!
