Open gym is a set amount of time in the gym schedule where a Coach is always present so that you can work on any skills you want, complete a WOD you missed, do any workout you want; really anything goes! Open Gym is included in your membership.
Open Gym is FUN! Research shows that CrossFit athletes who take time to work on skills and do workouts outside of the regular CrossFit programming have more success in the regular classes, and achieve more fitness Goals over time.
