A little more about me:
I am a social butterfly and building relationships and getting to know people are some of the perks of my job. I also love to see members striving for a healthy, fit lifestyle.
My first taste of CrossFit was back in 2014 and I was instantly hooked. I grew up in a sports dominated household and I love any outdoor activities. I played volleyball, soccer, basketball and ran track. I was born in Colorado and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The mountains are in my blood! I am married to a wonderful man, Travis, and we have 2 amazing sons, Cole and Clay. They keep my world spinning!
Things you might not know about me:
My world revolves around my family!! I have the best husband, 2 wonderful boys and a spectacular daughter in law. They are the lights of my life.
I love farm life and my Colorado Mountains! I have always loves being active and fueling my body with the best stuff. On the flip side of that I love food! All of it: Good and bad! I also love a good challenge and that’s what makes CrossFit so great. I get to do what I love everyday!
