What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness-based lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance in a sport. The program works for everyone—people who have never worked out and people who have trained for years. CrossFit is infinitely modifiable and all our coaches are highly trained in this area. This means that we can make fitness accessible to anyone, no matter what you have going on. You do not have to be in shape to do CrossFit, CrossFit is what gets you in shape!

We have FUN! We consider CrossFit adult play time!

We believe that everyone and every “body” can do CrossFit. Our coaches are highly trained in adapting CrossFit to any person. Even if you are missing a limb- we can adapt our exercises to work for you. We encourage and challenge you without pushing you beyond a safe level.

We assign every new client to a Coach mentor. This way you have someone to go to for anything. This means we can assure that you feel comfortable and don’t miss anything! We have a GOAL development program accessible to everyone. This can be developed in the beginning of your time with us and can be constantly adjusted and edited as you become stronger and more fit.

Our community is the best, just ask anyone who goes to the gym!!!!
