The first scale we can do for these moves is to press weights overhead while seated in a pike:

Here is a great progression to regular Kipping HSPU on the wall:
You can of course do HSPU strict, and you can do them from the box in a pike. Have fun- spend a good 10-15 minutes today working on all these that you can safely do! 🙂
