Hey folks! In order to do this WOD you will want to set a Tabata timer. A cool app to download for this is the smartwod timer- it’s free! A tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work (performing the move) and 10 seconds of rest. So you will do Reverse Burpees or Tuck-Ups (you could also alternate if you want to do both) for max reps- count the reps you do for the whole tabata. Have fun!
