Our Mobility classes are included in your membership (and can be added on even if you aren’t participating in CrossFit), last just a half-hour and are dedicated to helping you become as Mobile and Flexible as you can be. This translates to you being able to do more hard moves in the WODs!

Mobility classes are a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. You will even see some Yoga poses!
