In short, a blog is a type of website or part of a website that focuses mainly on written content, also known as blog posts. 

What is the purpose of our Blog?

We want to be able to share cool information with you about CrossFit and the fitness/nutrition/health world in general. We will bring you any and all good information that we find. We will also have guest bloggers from inside and outside the gym to offer content for you. We will also offer more information on the WOD’s and the moves we perform in the gym. This is meant to benefit your experience at CrossFit Cortez/Evolution Gym!
